I am working towards creating a photography exhibit showcasing portraits of local people who have done a random act of kindness. Compelling everyday stories of random such acts are needed! Some examples could be the crossing guard who wears the red clown nose at the intersection everyday, the bus driver who went off route to drop you off late at night, or someone who lent you a quarter for the grocery cart when you didn’t have one. Nothing is too small or too big to have gratitude for!
Please send in your random act of kindness story including what the kind thing done for you was, where and when it happened, the person’s name (if available), contact info (for yourself and the person who’s made a difference) and why this action meant something to you. The more information you can share, the better.
My goal is then to locate the person who completed this act of kindness and photograph them for the exhibit. There may be opportunity for the recipient of the kindness to also be photographed, if interested.
Not all stories of kindness will be photographed and featured in the exhibit but may be included in other ways. Please email your random act of kindness story or any questions to: info@icandyphoto.ca
